We know that there are many people out there looking for a place where they are not a stranger; a place to go for support and fellowship. It is this kind of lifestyle that we want to offer in our community groups.
Made up of men and women from all generations of life, these groups meet throughout the week for fellowship, care, prayer, accountability, sharing stories and studying God’s Word. We want everyone who is a part of Immanuel now, and who will walk through our doors in the future, to experience this kind of relationship with other believers.
GroupLink is an event where people meet and connect with others that may be in their part of town or stage of life to be a part of a Community Group. This Easter season, groups are being asked to initially meet together for four weeks during our series on Jonah. This time is spent getting to know each other and doing a short study based on the sermon each week.
Community Groups are the main way for you to connect with others and build relationships here at Immanuel. We believe that if groups leaders and group seekers meet face-to-face and take ownership of the connections, they are set up for greater success in their group experiences.
